Cancelation Policy — Art of Healing, Inc.

Cancellation Guidelines:

  • Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a fee.

  • No-shows (clients who do not arrive and do not provide notice) may be charged the full session fee.

  • Exceptions may be made for emergencies or unforeseen circumstances at the discretion of Art of Healing, Inc.

  • To cancel or reschedule, please contact our front desk as soon as possible.

Payment and Fees:

  • Any applicable cancellation or no-show fees will be billed to the payment method on file.

  • Outstanding fees must be paid before scheduling future appointments.

Questions or Appeals:

  • If you believe a cancellation fee was charged in error or wish to appeal a fee, contact Art of Healing, Inc. with details of the situation. We will review appeals on a case-by-case basis.
